In year 2002, we were awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification. We are the first and the only MCO in Malaysia to be awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification. The award of such certificate represents a tangible recognition and assurance of our consistency in providing quality services to meet the ever increasing demands of our customers through the development, implementation and maintenance of a quality management system that conforms to the international standard.
